Yoga Union is a yoga teacher-training school in central Ubud, running Yoga Alliance–accredited courses for over a decade. Founded by Ourania and Spyros, who settled in Ubud after first bringing their trainings to Bali, the school is grounded in an Ashtanga-Vinyasa Flow approach. Its current focus is a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, open both to those preparing to teach and to practitioners wanting to deepen their own practice in Bali’s yogic heartland.

Four daily classes span Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Iyengar styles, taught by an international and local teacher team. The centre runs Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour YTT programs and customised health retreat packages, with onsite juice café, treatment rooms, and accommodation partnership with the adjacent Mercure Resort.
