Shades of Yoga is an international yoga teacher-training school with a campus on Jalan Sugriwa in central Ubud. Its core offering is a month-long, Yoga Alliance–accredited RYT-200 certification that combines asana, philosophy, meditation, and teaching practice, structured as much as a personal immersion as a professional qualification. Alongside the certification, it runs immersive training retreats, drawing students who want to deepen their practice and earn a globally recognised credential in an Ubud setting.

The centre runs Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour YTT programs and customised health retreat packages, with onsite juice café, treatment rooms, and accommodation partnership with the adjacent Mercure Resort.
