Heart Space Bali is a boutique yoga and healing studio in central Ubud, on the corner of Jalan Pengosekan and Nyuh Kuning. Rather than a full class spread, it focuses on gentle, restorative practice, with daily Yin and Restorative yoga, live sound healing, breathwork, meditation, and cacao ceremonies aimed at calming the nervous system. Alongside classes, it offers one-on-one sessions with traditional Balinese healers, from energy and chakra work to massage and acupuncture, and shares a building with Flourish, its adjacent gluten-free café.
