Spacious Yoga is a traditional Mysore-style Ashtanga program in Ubud, led by Iain Grysak, a long-time practitioner authorized at Level 2 by the Sharath Yoga Center in Mysore. Running daily morning self-practice alongside teacher Allen Enrique, it follows the classical Ashtanga method, with regular led primary series and periodic immersion and pranayama courses for those wanting to go deeper.
