Shizaru is the only heated studio on Nusa Lembongan, offering original Bikram 26&2 hot yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates in a purpose-built space. All classes are beginner-friendly and run in a heated room set to music, a genuinely different experience on an island otherwise defined by open-air, non-heated practice. Beyond daily classes, the studio hosts retreats and wellness events, and offers teacher training and shala rental.
