Sunset Pilates Legian is the flagship of Sunset Pilates, established in 2007 on Jalan Dewi Sri as Bali’s first Pilates studio. It teaches the classical method in keeping with Joseph Pilates’ original work, in a fully equipped boutique studio offering group reformer classes, private and couples sessions, and rehabilitation Pilates. Led by senior instructors Nancy and Saria, the Legian location is also home to the studio’s Pilates Academy teacher-training programs, running a morning schedule Monday to Saturday.
