Prince Sacred Move

Prince is a yoga and movement teacher from the Himalayan region of India, currently based in Jakarta. With a background in dance and years of teaching yoga in Rishikesh, he brings a dynamic and mindful approach to every class. His teaching is rooted in Sacred Move.....a movement philosophy that blends yoga, mobility, breathwork, hand balancing, and mindful movement to help people move with greater strength, awareness, and freedom. Prince teaches Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and Handstand, creating classes that are welcoming, playful, and empowering for practitioners of all levels.
