200-hour Alchemy Yoga Teacher Training allows students and teachers to experience an incredibly unique approach to traditional non-dual Shaiva & Shakta Tantra yoga through the lens of Kashmir Shaivism in a way that is relevant to the modern practitioner.

This training provides a strong foundation to deepen one’s personal practice and to learn how to teach a distinct, transformative approach of yoga that seamlessly blends ancient wisdom and modern living - a practice that we call Alchemy Yoga.
