This is a guided ceremonial experience that blends energy work, somatic release, and intuitive practice to support real transformation—not just intention setting.

Each ceremony is unique, but you can expect a combination of: • somatic activation and energy work • guided journeys and subconscious exploration • emotional release and integration • intention setting from a grounded, embodied place

This space allows you to move what your body has been holding, reconnect with yourself, and create space for what’s next.
