Yin, Cacao & Sound Healing Journey

Join us on Friday, August 11th at The In Movement, Ubud, for an evening of release, reflection, and reconnection beneath the Virgo full moon.

This full moon invites us to step back from old patterns, see our lives from a wider perspective, and release the versions of ourselves that no longer feel true.

Together, we will share ceremonial cacao, move through a deeply nourishing Yin Yoga practice, and rest into the healing vibrations of sound.

A space to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the freedom to live more fully as yourself.
