Flow of workshop: 🌿 Energy cleansing: A guided gentle movement practice and smudging to release stuck energy and tension, creating space for your truth to come alive. 🌿 Ceremonial cacao: cacao as a grounding and heart-opening support, inviting presence, warmth, and deeper connection. A guided meditation will help you connect with the cacao and your sacred heart. 🌿Heart-opening yin yoga: Gentle, long-held yin postures to open the heart space, soften tension, and create space to feel and listen within. 🌿Sound healing with mantras: Rest and listen within while receiving harmonious vibrations through sound, woven together with mantras. Allow yourself to connect with the warmth, clarity, and wisdom already within you.

This ritual is an invitation to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with the love and truth that already lives inside you.

About Linda Linda loves to share what has supported her on her journey back to herself reconnecting with the body, inner voice and creating a life that feels healthy, aligned and true to her. Her journey began with Yin Yoga, which opened the door to a completely new world of slowing down, creating safety within and learning to truly listen to herself. Since then, she has immersed herself in different trainings and healing practices, including Yoga, Yin Yoga, meditation, somatic work, Sound Healing, Inner Child healing and working with the mind and limiting patterns.
