📿 JAPA MALA — CREATE YOUR OWN • 30 MIN

A Japa Mala is a traditional string of meditation beads, used for thousands of years as a tool for meditation, mantra repetition, mindfulness, and intention setting.

A traditional Mala contains 108 beads, a sacred number found throughout yogic and spiritual traditions. Each bead can represent one repetition of a mantra, one breath, or one moment of mindful awareness.

During the workshop, you’ll be guided step-by-step in creating your own personal Japa Mala. You’ll choose your beads, learn how to string and work with them, and most importantly, set a personal intention for your Mala. As each bead comes together, the process becomes a moving meditation — a chance to slow down, be present, and create something that carries your own energy and intention. Your finished Mala is yours to take home and can become a personal companion for meditation, yoga, or everyday moments of grounding. 🤍

Once your Mala is complete, settle into relaxation as Dian guides you through a beautiful sound healing journey using traditional healing instruments. Allow the vibrations to quiet the mind, soften the body, and create space for deep rest and inner connection.
