Yoga with Puppies 🐶 Beginner-friendly yoga + puppy therapy = pure joy!

✨ Looking for a way to relax, smile, and move your body — even if you’ve never tried yoga before? Join us for a unique experience that combines gentle yoga and the healing power of animals.

🧘 What to expect: • 40–45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga – guided gently with clear instructions, perfect for all levels (even total beginners!) • 15–20 minutes of playtime with adorable puppies – cuddle, connect, and receive puppy love therapy 💛 • A chance to meet our fully vaccinated puppies – all looking for a loving home 🏡

Arrive at least 10 minutes early to settle in and meet the puppies 🐾

👨‍👩‍👧 Family & Kids Children 12+ are welcome to join — with adult supervision. This is a calm, healing space — not a playground, so we appreciate your mindfulness.

💧 What to bring • Comfortable clothes for yoga and playing on the floor • Refillable water bottle (drinking water available at the venue)

🐾 Good to know: • All puppies are safe, healthy, and up for adoption • No prior yoga experience needed — just an open heart • Spots are limited, so book in advance to secure yours!
