Family Constellations is a powerful group experience revealing hidden family dynamics that influence emotions, health, and relationships. Through guided constellations, unconscious ancestral patterns can be seen and resolved.

In a safe and supportive space, participants receive insight, emotional release, and deeper connection, fostering clarity, inner peace, healthier relationships, and greater harmony in daily life.

✨ Benefits may include: 🌿 Uncovering hidden family patterns affecting wellbeing ✨ Greater clarity, lightness, and inner peace 🤍 Healthier relationships and deeper self-understanding 🧘‍♀️ Greater nervous system regulation and reduced stress 🌳 A renewed sense of belonging, purpose, and emotional freedom

Participants for individual constellations will be chosen at random, with as many constellations facilitated as time allows and short breaks in between. Even if your own family is not constellated, participating as a representative or witnessing another person’s process can offer meaningful insight, healing, and transformation.

Each session offers a different theme and a new opportunity to explore, understand, and transform the patterns that shape our lives. 🌸
