Through grounding practices, heart-opening ceremonial cacao, reflective journaling, cleansing rituals, somatic movement, and an alchemical meditation journey, participants will be gently guided into deeper states of presence, balance, and receptivity. We begin with an arrival, welcome, and anointing ritual, gently opening the ceremonial container and setting the tone for the journey. You will be guided through an introduction to the energetics of the New Moon in Gemini—a powerful time for setting intentions around communication, perception, and alignment between mind and heart.

As we open the circle, we share cacao as a heart-opening ritual, supporting a deeper connection with ourselves and the group. Through somatic movement and gentle practices, the body and nervous system are prepared, creating space for lightness, flow, and inner spaciousness.

Reflective journaling offers space to gain clarity, organize thoughts, and connect with your intentions. This is followed by a guided integrative meditation, supported by sound healing and biomagnetism, helping to soothe mental activity, restore energetic balance, and guide the body into deeper states of relaxation and receptivity.

We close the ceremony with a final circle and optional sharing, creating space for expression, integration, and authentic connection.
