A 2.5-hour journey through movement, music, breath and stillness — creating space to meet what lives beneath the surface.

Come into your body and wake up what’s been held. Let it move through you, then listen for what’s underneath. Soften your grip and release the need to hold it all together. Give yourself permission to receive, rest and notice what’s changed. This is a journey from activation to expression, and from expression into softness and stillness. You don't need to fix, figure out or force anything. You'll simply be invited to feel, express, listen and integrate.
