Release & Reclaim is an evening designed to help you let go of what no longer supports you, and reconnect with yourself beneath the energy of the full moon 🌑

The full moon is a powerful time of transformation to release the patterns, beliefs, relationships, or versions of yourself that you've outgrown. Through a blend of mindful journaling, breathwork, somatic release, and gentle energy work, you'll create space for more clarity, presence, and ease.

We'll begin by arriving together with ceremonial cacao and guided journaling reflection before moving into breathwork and a somatic practice to help release stored tension from the body. From there, you'll be guided through a deeply restorative visualization to let go of lingering attachments and call your energy back to yourself. Leaving you feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to your own inner wisdom ☕️ 🌿

About Sabine🤎 With studies in psychology, somatic therapy, female embodiment, meditation, and energy healing, Sabine creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience lasting transformation. Her work weaves together evidence-informed practices with gentle energy work, helping people regulate their nervous system, release emotional patterns, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and self-trust.
