A full-body dance practice where music, movement and live rhythm come together 🎶

Move between DJ sets and live drumming as you explore new ways of moving, listening and responding through the body. We’ll begin with guided warm-ups and movement explorations, gradually opening into freestyle, shared dance patterns and playful interactions with the group 🥁

Kinbana brings his roots in African and street dance, while Narayan brings his practice of Qigong and contact dance. Together, they weave rhythm, body awareness and connection into a dynamic movement experience.

✨About the Facilitators✨

Kinbana is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, dancer and percussionist based in Bali. His sound blends Afro House, soulful grooves, organic rhythms and live percussion into energetic, embodied journeys. Rooted in African and street dance, Kinbana explores the connection between music, movement and authentic self-expression, creating spaces where people can let go, connect with their bodies and move freely.

Narayan (NRYN) is an artist, yogi, music producer and DJ. He creates music informed by the spiritual practices of yoga, qigong, cha dao, surfing, and dancing. Originally from the USA, Narayan has studied music all his life, including classical piano, Indian kirtan music and electronic music production. He now lives in Bali where he performs music for ceremonial events and yoga classes. Narayan has practiced Prana Flow Vinyasa Yoga with Shiva Rea since 2010 and Shaolin Kung Fu with the Nam Yang school since 2016. Using his experience in contact dance and breakdance, he hosts RISE ecstatic dance movement labs where he guides yogis to expand their creative movement and connection possibilities. His performance group, CulCha Collective, creates tea art combining traditional Chinese dance styles with modern hip hop music.
