About this event
This workshop offers an introduction to Balinese herbal traditions, where an expert from Bhakti Garden Bali will guide participants in an exploration of the deep connection between the human body, nature, well-being, and daily wellness practices 🌿
In this 2.5-hour workshop participants will learn how to identify and use traditional herbs, culminating in the creation of 7 traditional herbal remedies that can be replicated at home using easily sourced substitutes.
In Bali Herbalism 101, participants will explore wellness from a whole new perspective, and gain deep insights into the layers of the human body—both physical and mental—and learn how to nurture them every day.
Participants will be able to take home the potions created in this workshop 🫖
