Perfect for releasing stress, improving flexibility, and reconnecting with yourself in a peaceful, supportive environment. New Students: Please arrive 20 minutes early at the Main Reception for registration. Returning Students: Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure a smooth and timely start.
